Hi Nidhi,

Please stop all the EDI Sender EDIFACT channels except your relevant interfaces or try to specify the conditions in each EDI Sender EDIFACT channels.

Also make it as "not required" 997 acknowledge for EDIFACT in EDI receiver channel for testing purpose only.

I hope you have specified the X12 converter module at EDI Sender EDIFACT channel.

Try to find out the solution by doing all above options - hope it will work.
