Hi Experts,
we are getting the below error in EDI seperator sender channel when the message reaches to it. But the same message was sucessful in QA system which is not in prd. Both the systems have same configuration.

Error occured at X12 document character 170, cause while trying to invoke the
method com.sap.aii.converter.cache.x12.X12_MSG_V1_CacheKeyMapping.getKey() of a
null object loaded from local variable 'primaryCacheKey'. Will deliver negative
997 if requested.",
I have re-started the channel, created the channel again but luck doesn't works.
Please advise.
Channel confiuration can be shared if required.
